What equality and human rights issues should I consider when using AI?
Answered
Comply with the Equality Act 2010 and Public Sector Equality Duty. Assess equality impact before you start (including procurement), during implementation and after go-live. Document this in an Equality Impact Assessment and consider publishing it. Lawyers can help with Convention rights such as privacy or freedom of expression.
