How do I publish an ATRS record?

Answered

Complete the ATRS template and email it to algorithmic-transparency@dsit.gov.uk, or send it to your organisation’s single point of contact. The ATRS team checks readability and may suggest amendments. You must also confirm written internal clearance — at least from the operating team, the SRO and communications/press — before it is published on GOV.UK.

Email your completed ATRS template to algorithmic-transparency@dsit.gov.uk (or send to your SPOC, if your organisation has one). The ATRS team will check for readability and provide feedback or suggested amendments if necessary.

Secondary (normative) ATRS: Guidance for public sector bodies

The ATRS team requires written confirmation that your ATRS record has gone through all appropriate internal signoff procedures before publishing it to the GOV.UK repository. At a minimum, this should include clearance by: the team responsible for deploying/operating the algorithmic tool; the SRO for the tool; the communications/press team.
