How do people challenge or seek redress for an AI-influenced decision?

Answered

Build contestability into the service. Under Article 22, people must be able to contest a solely automated decision in a timely way, with simple routes to human intervention. The Data and AI Ethics Framework also requires feedback, contest and redress routes. Record those routes in the ATRS deployment-context field where the tool is in scope.
